Privacy Policy — Atlas by EveryAge

This page covers the everyageatlas.com waitlist only. Atlas the product is in development; when it launches, a separate, fuller privacy policy will govern any health data you choose to share inside the app. Today, the only personal information we collect on this site is your email address.

1. Who we are

EveryAge Atlas ("Atlas", "we", "us") is a Singapore-based wellness platform operated by EVERYAGE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202520737Z). We are responsible for the personal data described here (the "data controller" under the PDPA).

2. What we collect

Your email address — when you join the waitlist.
Basic, anonymous usage data — aggregated analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand interest and improve the site. This does not identify you personally.

We do not collect any health information through this website. Waitlist sign-ups are processed and stored using Google Forms / Google Workspace on our behalf.

3. How we use it

To add you to the waitlist and contact you about early access to Atlas.
To send you occasional updates related to your sign-up. No spam — you can opt out anytime.
To measure interest and improve the site.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Consent & opting out

By submitting your email you consent to the use described above. You can withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@everyage.co. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

5. Who we share it with

We share your email only with service providers who help us run the waitlist, under appropriate safeguards:

Google (Forms, Sheets, Workspace) — waitlist storage.
Our hosting provider — to serve this site.
Authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection as required under the PDPA.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email contact@everyage.co. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and understand general usage; these do not identify you. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, and the site will still work.

9. Children

The waitlist is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions or requests about your data go to our Data Protection Officer, Bryan Koh, at contact@everyage.co. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.
